Two players Arsenal have to look out for vs Man Utd

The biggest game this weekend is between Man Utd and Arsenal in the English Premier League to be played at Emirate Stadium.

An interesting part of the game is that it is a must-win for both sides as they move to confirm their spot in the top four on the EPL table.

While Man Utd will be head to the match with full confidence having defeated PSG in the UCL during the, Arsenal, on the other hand, will hope to win the match after a defeat to Rennes in the UEL.

However, former Arsenal star turned pundit, Paul Merson in a statement has mentioned two Man Utd players his club should watch out for and they Romelu Lukaku and Paul Pogba.

‘It’s Lukaku who has really bought into what his manager wants over the last few weeks and he is getting his rewards,’ Merson told the Daily Star.

‘I’m really happy for him because he gets a lot of criticism sometimes but he has been phenomenal in the last few weeks.

‘Solskjaer challenged him to start producing with all these injuries they’ve had, and he’s really responded. ‘He looks like he’s lost a bit of weight, gained a yard of pace and is working hard for his team-mates. Fair play to him.

‘He’s scored twice in each of his last three games now and he will be the danger man again at Arsenal

Deal PREPARED: Arsenal become new top choices to seal transfer of River Plate star to replace Aaron Ramsey

Arsenal are apparently rising as the new top picks to seal the transfer of highly rated young River Plate midfielder Exequiel Palacios.

The 20-year-old is viewed as an big talent and looks set for a promising career at the top level, with the Emirates Stadium looking like being his next goal.

This is regardless of Real Madrid having recently agreed a deal to sign Palacios before Zinedine Zidane decided against the deal, as indicated by Radio Continental, as interpreted by the Metro.

The report clarifies that Palacios could join for as low as £18million as that is the estimation of his release clause in his River Plate contract.

Arsenal could without a doubt to have no problem paying that amount, and could truly profit by getting the Argentina international after the blow of losing key midfielder Aaron Ramsey to Juventus this summer.

Palacios looks a comparable style of box to box player who could sparkle Unai Emery’s side in the near future.

In what likely could be a tranquil summer for Arsenal, this appears to be one of the exciting rumours involving the north London club to emerge up until now.

Peter Crouch slams Arsenal for letting this midfielder leave for free

Former Burnley striker, Peter Crouch has come hard on Arsenal FC for letting Wales international and midfielder, Aaron Ramsey leave for free.

Ramsey will move to Italian side Juventus for free at the end of the season after a decade at Arsenal.

The Welsh midfielder has been instrumental for the Gunners this season, scoring goals and creating assists when needed.

However, Peter Crouch in a statement disclosed it is sad that Arsenal will lose Ramsey for nothing.

“It’s another week that has shown the error of their ways,” Crouch wrote in the Daily Mail.
“I have written a couple of times this season about Aaron Ramsey and you will know my position.

“I found it madness they were not prepared to offer him another deal and I can’t believe they are losing him to Juventus for free.

“Ramsey is quality. He is the type of footballer that should cost someone £40m in a transfer fee alone.

“If Arsenal want to replace him like-for-like, that is the type of investment they will need to make, along with top-end wages.

“They will find it is no straightforward task.
“For Arsenal to make the same mistake so soon after losing Alexis Sanchez has left me scratching my head. It was avoidable.”
