Tottenham Defender Wanted by Bayern Munich

Belgium and Tottenham Hotspur defender, Toby Alderweireld is wanted by Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, as claimed by reports.

According to report by The Mirror, it is believed that Toby Alderweireld could be offered an immediate route out of Tottenham where he might be deemed surplus for requirement going into the new season by German champions, Bayern Munich.

The Belgian is along notable defender that the German giants (Bayern) have on their shortlist of potential replacements for center-back Jerome Boateng who has been attracting interest from top clubs in Europe over this summer.

Before the English transfer window closed last week Thursday, Manchester United were interested in Boateng, 29-year-old German defender.

While United were interested in signing Boateng on loan this summer, the German champions want a permanent deal and place £50m on the player, and with the the two clubs were unable to reach an agreement, hence the deal was not materialized.

However, French champions, Paris Saint-Germain have show great interest in Boateng and are remain keen on singing him which would give room for an opportunity to recruit a new centre-back at the Allianz Arena.
